Currently we have over 110 rooms booked at a range of hotels from 3 star to 4 star. Prices range from £61.50 to £86 per night single occupancy. Details are given below.

Hotel booking is not included in the registration fee. Therefore you must book independently through York Tourism Bureau.

If you wish to take advantage of this offer, you are advised to book early. York is a major tourist city and accommodation gets booked up well in advance.
Transport will be provided between the conference hotels and the conference centre, and is included in the registration fee.
Cancellation Policy
The organising committee is in no way responsible for cancellations of hotel bookings. Cancellation of Hotels must be made directly with the hotel.
